We are closed during winter 2023.
We have opened Skarvruets Backficka at Rörosvägen 34 in Funäsdalen, just over the way from Systembolaget. Here we offer our tasty pizzas that get freshly baked at our woodstove. We use only the finest cheeses (pecorino, parmesan, mozzarella) as well as toppings like souvas, parma ham, salsiccia and more. The tomato sauce and the dough as well as all the fine food that we are going to serve there, get prepared at Skarvruets Högfjällshotell.
Gluten-free and vegetarian alternatives are also available.
Do not forget to try our homemade Gelato (Italian ice cream) that we also produce at Skarvruet! We have always a variety of ice creams and sorbet. The flavors may vary, depending on what ingredients we have at hand. You can buy just a cone to enjoy directly, but also bigger packages to take our ice cream at your home!
